We seat twelve guests per service, twice nightly. To preserve the intimacy of the experience, we ask that reservations be made in advance.

Before You Book

Our counter seats twelve. We offer two seatings each evening, Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations are confirmed by email within 24 hours.

Policies

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. No charge is made at booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a $100 per person fee.
Guests are asked to arrive 5 minutes before their seating time. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation.
We are unable to accommodate outside food or beverages. Corkage is not available.
Children under 10 are not permitted at the counter. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Private Dining

For parties of 8–12, we offer exclusive private seatings on select evenings. Please contact us directly at private@sushiomakase.com to arrange a private omakase experience.

What to Expect

Arrival

Arrive 5 minutes early. You'll be greeted and seated at the hinoki counter directly before the chef.

The Omakase

Your meal unfolds course by course. Chef Yamamoto prepares each piece in front of you, explaining the origin and technique.

Departure

The experience lasts approximately 90 minutes for Sakura, 2 hours for Kaiseki, and 2.5 hours for Shokunin.
